Service Description

A General Workout Gym Plan you can follow in the gym on your own without supervision. Includes nutritional advice and video tutorials. The programme takes you through step-by-step each exercise, the training we will use, principal muscle work, and details on each teaching point. Each plan consists of 2 programme cards; one to follow for the first 2 weeks and the second for the third and fourth weeks (unique file). Choose from: #1 WEIGHT LOSS – Get back in your ideal size, get healthier and confident #2 CORE EXERCISE – Work your ABS and Glutes, improve your balance and good posture. #3 CORE EXERCISE FOR DANCERS – Get that next level Core to increase your performance ability #4 FULL BODY WORKOUT – Get fit and maintain yourself on top level All General Programmes are £150 (please select 'Price Plan' at checkout to choose which plan you would like to receive). HOW TO BUY YOUR PLAN: Select 'Book Now', choose a date in the calendar when you would like to receive your plan (please allow 3 working days) and then choose which programme you prefer by clicking on 'price plan'. Please allow 3 working days from date of payment to receive your plan. --- TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Classes cannot be; refunded, resold, or used by a third party. All images used in classes/ tutorials cannot be shared on social media without specific consent by Erika. After every program the client will be asked to sign a PAR-Q consent and feedback form. After confirmation, the program will be ready to use in three working days. The results may vary from person to person
